Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time
The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. Our processing time is normally 3-8 business days, which means we will ship the item in up to 8 days of receiving your payment. Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. However, our custom orders may need up to 3-15 business days to get fulfilled.
1. The processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
2. In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
3. Customized item is MADE-TO-ORDER and PROCESSING TIME is about 3 to 15 business days. Once the order of customized item is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge. If production has started, there is NO CANCELLATION, NO ALTERATION, NO RETURN to the order.
ItDay offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items in your order.
A: Standard Shipping:(FREE) usually arrives in 10 – 20 business days
B: Fast Shipping: usually arrives in 7 – 15 business days
This is the time it takes to produce your one-of-a-kind ItDay item. “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.
Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time as well.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It may take up to 5 business days after your order has been shipped for the tracking information to become available online. (It might take longer depending on how fast the postal service is processing the shipments.)
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity, and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
TAXES & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We always declare a low value on the package to avoid or lower the tax. (You can ask us to provide an invoice paper if you need.) If you don’t need us to declare a low value. Please contact us before shipment. If the parcel is shipped out, ItDay is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal/Stripe at the checkout page.
FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS
Here at ItDay, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
