How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
The processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. It usually takes 13-35 business days to arrive at the destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.
Do you deliver products internationally?
ItDay ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity, and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
